Westlaw does not use permalinks. Please do not use the URL in the address bar. It is session based and will expire.
One option is to provide the citation and the Westlaw database URL and instruct users to do a search to locate the article.
Another option is to use the permalink from a record in OneSearch. That will work on and off campus.
