Use the URL in the browser address bar to create Emerald permalinks. You will need to add the proxy prefix to the URL to ensure that it works on and off campus.

1. Copy the URL in the browser address bar

2. Add the proxy prefix
http://libaccess.sjlibrary.org/login?url=https://www.emeraldinsight.com/doi/abs/10.1108/S1574-0765%282011%290000015013
