There are 2 options to create Springer permalinks:
1. You may use the URL in the browser address for Springer ebooks and journals. However, you will need to add the proxy prefix to the URL to create a permalink that works on and off campus.
Example:
a. Copy the URL from the address bar: https://rd.springer.com/article/10.1007/s13344-018-0053-6
b. Add the proxy prefix to the front of the URL: http://libaccess.sjlibrary.org/login?url=https://rd.springer.com/article/10.1007/s13344-018-0053-6
2. Use the DOI found in the "Cite As" section. You will need to add the proxy prefix to create a permalink that works on and off campus.
Example:
a. From the "Cite As", copy the DOI. https://doi.org/10.1007/s13344-018-0053-6
b. Add the proxy prefix to the front of the URL. http://sjlibrary.org/login?url=https://doi.org/10.1007/s13344-018-0053-6
