5.5 Auxiliaries

The University Archives collections include records from SJSU auxiliaries. Records stewards in Tower Foundation, Research Foundation, Student Union, Associated Students, and other auxiliaries that may arise in the future can consult the CSU Records Retention and Disposition Schedule for information on records that must be transferred to the University Archives. The SJSU Record Retention and Disposal Standard has more information specific to campus expectations for records management.
