LibAnswer Tickets

Open tickets will display on the LibAnswers dashboard, regardless of whether they have been claimed or not.

To view open tickets, click "Dashboard" from the top menu of LibAnswers webpage (

From here you can:

1) Claim a Ticket: By selecting the blue ticket title you will claim a ticket and become the owner

2) Preview a Ticket: By selecting the eye icon () next to a ticket title, you can preview the ticket without claiming it and becoming the owner

3) Show Owner: The ticket's owner will be listed here. If no owner is listed, the ticket is unclaimed and three lines are shown (---)

To view all tickets, including closed tickets, select "Tickets" from the "Answers" drop down menu:

From here you can limit tickets by date they were asked, by selecting a date range in the "Asked from" result modifier. Or limit to only tickets you've answered by selecting your name from the "Owner" drop down menu.
