Electronic Resources Troubleshooting

This guide includes fixes for issues using SJSU King Library online resources

Chrome

  1. At the top right of Chrome, click the three dots: More
  2. Click Clear Browsing Data...
  3. At the top, choose a time range. To delete everything, select All time.
  4. Next to "Cookies and other site data" and "Cached images and files," check the boxes.
  5. Click Clear data.
  6. Close your browser.
  7. You may also need to restart your device.
