Are you an instructor who wants to add software training into your curriculum so that your students are equipped with specific technology training for assignments or final project?
The Student Technology Training center offer custom technology workshops which we can tailor to your class specific requirements. Some of the workshops we offer are Microsoft word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Creative Cloud.
To ensure that we have adequate time to schedule and prepare for your workshop, please submit your request at least two weeks before your desired workshop date. We’ll do our best to accommodate shorter timelines.

We will respond to your request within 2 business days to verify any details
We will contact you to finalize your training for your student and send an email confirming your scheduled date, time and location. One week prior to your workshop, we will contact you to finalize your content and any additional pertinent details.
Microsoft Word for short papers:
This workshop will help you develop the tools and skills needed to format your research paper according to MLA and or APA style guides.

Excel: Working with functions
This workshop will introduces you to a wider array of built-in functions to make working with data easier. Topics includes Logical functions, lookup, array, summary functions and text formatting
February 3rd (2:00 p.m. - 3:30 p.m.)
Introduction to Microsoft Access
Discover the main features of SPSS, learn to enter, save and import data in SPSS. Perform descriptive statistics and get familiar with reading SPSS Output.

Qualtrics: Introduction
This workshop you will learn how to create a survey and how to edit the survey by adding new questions and applying different formats.

Data Management and Workflow using Excel
Description: This workshop is designed to teach skills in Excel that will help you manage data from large imports and save for further use in SPSS.
