Citation methods are pretty detailed and exacting. In addition to the style manuals, here are some resources you can use to learn more about citing correctly:
 

  • Citing and Writing Help -- This guide from the library provides links to APA, MLA, and Chicago/Turabian help.
     
  • RefWorks --  This online tool helps you manage your citations and automatically generates bibliographies in the citation style you need.
     
  • SJSU Writing Center -- The Writing Center offers one-on-one tutoring sessions, writing workshops, and other resources to help you become a better writer.
