Review of the Locating Process

Let’s wrap up the process of locating:Image of a magnifying glass

Articles: Online
In some cases, you can link directly from a citation in an article database to the HTML Full Text version and/or to a PDF of the article. When full-text is not available, you can use the Find It link to find a copy of the article.

Articles: Print
While many journals are online, sometimes the print version is a better option. Use OneSearch to find the location and call number of the journal.

Books: Online and Print
You can open ebooks directly in your browser. For print books, you need a call number. Call numbers are addresses that put print books on similar topics in the same "neighborhood." Once you find a book on your topic, you may find something even better by browsing the shelves around it
