Registration for a SciFinder-n account is required to access the database. How to register:

1. Go to the SJSU Library Password website
2. Look for the item specific to SciFinder-n
3. Go to the the tinyurl link provided
4. Input your information (note: you must use your SJSU email to register for the account)
5. Submit your account registration
6. Go to your SJSU email to confirm your registration

Potential reasons why you may not be able to log in to SciFinder-n:

• You have already registered for an account. If this is the case, use the username and password recovery/reset on the log in page.
• You haven't logged in to SciFinder-n in a while. If you do not use it after a little while, you may be locked out. Contact Yen Tran, the chemistry librarian and she can help you gain access again.
