WordArt generates "word clouds." You can do this by pasting in a block of text you've written yourself or pasting in the URL of a web page. After you've created a cloud, you can tweak it by using different fonts, layouts, and color schemes.
The embedding code generated by WordArt only gives you a thumbnail sized image. To get a larger size, like the one below, take a screenshot with your Print Screen button and save as a JPEG file using your Paint accessory or Photoshop.
