Books
Most SJSU print books about dance are located in the sixth floor stacks (call numbers GV 1580-1799). The San Jose Public Library also has books and scores shelved together in the stacks on the third floor. Also check the ebook collections to find many other titles available full text online. If the library doesn't have the print book you need, you may request a copy through the CSU Plus borrowing network.
Journal articles
Most current and recent articles on dance are available full-text online through the library's databases. Older print journals (mostly pre-2000) are located in the Lower Level (call numbers GV 1580-1799).
Videos
Check out the Dance in Video database, available on the library's A-Z database page and also through this subject guide.
Recordings
Compact discs and vinyl record albums are located in the Music Collection on the fifth floor. The San Jose Public Library also has CDs in the Brandenburg browsing area on the first floor and on the third floor. Even more recordings are available through SJSU online databases.
