Activating your SJSU Adobe License

SJSU faculty, staff, and students have free access to the entire Adobe Creative Cloud library of applications like Photoshop, Illustrator, and more.

SJSU's Adobe Creative Cloud licenses are managed by eCampus, SJSU's instructional design center. For more information about your Adobe Creative Cloud license, contact eCampus at ecampus@sjsu.edu.

Visit the links below, then input your SJSU Student / Employee ID and your SJSU Single Sign On password. You should see a message after inputting your ID and password to the effect of "Success". You will receive a confirmation email that says your Adobe account has been activated in 1-2 business days, and once you receive this confirmation email, you will use your SJSU email to log in and use Adobe apps.

If you receive an error while trying to activate your SJSU Adobe licenset contact raymond.lam@sjsu.edu, who can assist you in activating your account.
