But what if my article is from a conference proceedings?
If your article appeared in a conference proceedings rather than a journal, you will need to determine if it was a peer-reviewed conference. To do this, search in Google on the conference name and the year it was held. On the conference website, look for pages titled Call for Proposals or search for submission information. These pages will generally tell you if it is a peer-reviewed event. If it was a peer-reviewed conference, then you can consider your article peer-reviewed.
There is a subject specialist librarian for every discipline taught at SJSU. If you're researching a particular topic, they will be happy to help. You will also find a chat option on this page.
