  2. Collect user data and create user stories to map out bot conversations
  3. Research and choose chatbot development platform (Dialogflow, Snatchbot) and their features (NLP, no coding, voice/text capability, multiple-languages, mobile capabilities)
  4. Decide where and how your bot will be accessed (Facebook, Slack, website, etc)
