There are two steps to finding company 10K reports.
Step One:
Publicly traded biotech companies are identified by their ticker symbols. You'll need the ticker symbol to find 10K reports and other data. Use Yahoo Finance to look up ticker symbols. Type company name into search box and ticker symbol will display.
Step Two:
Use the company's ticker symbol to search the Securities Exchange Commission's (SEC) Edgar company filings, for 10K reports with Fast Search, or use Company Search if you only have the company's name. Once you have the company's listing of filings, enter "10-K" in the Filing Type box near the top of the page to filter for Forms 10-K.
