USB port connections

The Different type of USB connections:

1. USB-Type A- You'll find these connections as standard port connections for the following devices: mouse, keyboard, external hard drives, flash
                          flash drives, and others. 

  • Note: The blue end on the USB type A connections, indicate that they are compatible with reading Solid State, or USB 3.0.

2. USB type B--This connection is specifically used to connect directly to a printer.

 

3. USB type B mini-- This specific USB connection is used for connecting mobile devices.

 

4. USB type C--This type of connection is standard in most modern devices. It is used for both power and for transferring data at faster rates.
